Experience

Biologist at the beginning of his career

As a biologist, I am passionate about conservation and understanding how invasive species impact ecosystems. My work focuses on ecological monitoring, species interactions, and strategies to mitigate biodiversity loss.

I was part of the Scalesia and Terrestrial Invasive Species Forest Restoration project, carrying out a study on the reproductive biology of the invasive tree frog Scinax quinquefasciatus on Santa Cruz Island.

LECA - UEL

Intern and thesis student

2022 - 2023

I conducted research on the population density of the invasive rodent Myocastor coypus in Lake Igapó II, Londrina, Paraná, Brazil. I also served as a field assistant in studies on the ethology of medium- and large-sized mammals.

Member of the organizing committee
As a member of the organizing committee of the 5th Biology Congress of the State University of Londrina (V Congresso de Biologia da Universidade Estadual de Londrina - V CBUEL), I contributed to the planning and execution of the event, working closely with a team to coordinate logistics, speakers, and activities. This experience strengthened my organizational and teamwork skills, allowing me to play an active role in the success of the academic event. The congress took place from August 31 to September 2, 2023.
